Welcome to Avantiplus Timaru (Howes Cycles)

 

Avantiplus Howes Cycles was established in 1990 by Graeme and Wayne Howes who have over 45 years in the cycling industry either through retail, competitive racing or recreational cycling,
and to this day Avantiplus Howes Cycles remains a family owned and operated business by Graeme and Yvonne.

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best service and product knowledge possible.
We provide full workshop facilities and have fully qualified Service Technicians.

Our staff will assist you to select the right bike and accessories to suit all of your cycling needs, whether you are a complete novice, elite competitor or anywhere in between.

Avanti Bicycles: A home grown brand that continues to put our athletes in front at an international level. They have been designing and developing bikes for over 20 years in Australia and New Zealand.

ABD: Avanti BMX Development has been making quite a mark on the BMX scene since its birth and is continuing to grow strongly.

Raleigh: The Raleigh brand has a long and rich history in the biking world and it continues right through to today, these bikes are designed locally and have an emphasis on good quality and great value.

Scott: Scott is an international brand that has established itself as a market leader in both road and mountain bike environments. Known for building some of the lightest bicycles available, their high quality products have enabled their athletes to achieve impressive results on the world stage. From commuter bikes to kids bikes, Scott have it covered.
