Weeknights @ 5:30 (Monday Ladies night & Bunch Riding Tips)
Also slower womens rides Spring/Summer (contact the shop for details)
Additional rides (casual) are 2pm most afternoons from the shop & 4pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Weekends:-
Saturday @ 9:00am
Sunday @ 8:00am, Sometimes 9am or 10am too. (Ring us at the shop for details)
