Our services include-

Workshop - Avantiplus Dunedin prides itself on its workshop facilities. We have 2 full time mechanics that can help with servicing all types and brands of bikes. From complete overhauls through to changing a puncture our workshop can get you back out enjoying biking in Dunedin in no time at all.

 

If your bike needs some overall love then we would advise checking out the following service options:

 

Safety Check:

P Adjustment of brakes, gears and brake pads 

P Tyres correctly inflated

 

Race Tune:

P Full race tune, including a clean

P Tune gears and brakes

P Tyres correctly inflated, ready for an event

 

General Service:

P Wheels trued

P Bottom Bracket and Headset adjusted and tightened

P Gears adjusted, brake cables and pads adjusted correctly

P Tyres correctly inflated and checked for wear

P Pedal bearings inspected externally

P Chain tested for wear and lubed

P Tighten seat, wheels, hub cones, cranks, bottom bracket, pedals, brake levers, gear lever, handlebars and stem and headset.

 

General Service and Clean:

Hate cleaning your bike?

P Includes a full general service and cleaning to remove oil, mud and crud from your chain, freewheel and chain wheelset

P Followed by lubing the chain, freewheel and adjustment of gears


Works Service:

P Wheels trued in wheel truing stand

P Cleaning chain, freewheel, chainset and gears with solvent followed by relubrication.

P Complete disassembly, cleaning and inspection of all bearing surfaces reassembly and adjustment with fresh grease and new bearings

P Full bike degrease and clean

P Chain tested for wear and lubed


NB: Suspension servicing is not included, cost is for labour only, parts are additional.
