Brendan is a fully qualified Shimano Certified and SHAM mechanic. Brendan is on hand to oversee our trainee mechanics as well as ensure our customers get the best service.

Finely tuned, serviced and clean bikes are a joy to ride and can remarkably improve your cycling performance. However having a fast bike is only part of the equation.  The rider must also be able to perform at their optimal ability, maximising both efficiency and comfort.

Buying a bike can be confusing and difficult.  At AvantiPlus Blenehim we are all cycling enthusiasts and ride the products we sell.  Therefore we are confident that after riding one of our bikes, you too will fall in love with them. 

To help you achieve all these we offer many services including; a fully qualified workshop.

Just like cars and motorbikes, all bicycles require maintenance to keep them road/off road worthy. Cables have to be replaced, cassettes and chainrings need upgrading as you get better, chains need replacing, and other parts wear out from fatigue and the elements. But don't panic, we provide mechanical services which are second to none. To uphold this elite status we constantly train our mechanics to keep them continually upskilled in the latest cycling technology. What does this mean for you…Reassurance that you will receive the best possible service and quality!

Our experienced bicycle technicians are Shimano Certified and regurarly attend inustry's best training programmes to ensure all repairs are conducted in entirely professional manner.

Avantiplus Mechanics undertake full repair and servicing of bikes. These services include; diagnosing problems, repair and servicing of wheel hubs, mechanical and hydraulic braking systems, steering, suspension and drivetrain systems. It also extends to designing, building and repairing wheels, frames, removing and fitting accessories and tuning gears. Right down to changing and repairing tubes and tyres.
